Period 2: Students (1) played twenty questions to practice forming interrogatives, (2) received their workbooks, (3) told what they would like to see on the Romantische Straße and why, (4) shared answers to 46:22 with a partner and (5) reported back to class. Homework: finish activity on the top of page 44 and complete activity 12, page 9 of the workbook.

Period 3: Students (1) checked the activities that were completed in German is Fun pages 18-27, and (2) practiced asking and answering the questions "wie geht's". Homework: complete 27-30,;31, Persönlich Fragen and J in German is Fun.

Period 4A: Students (1) checked homework, (2) mingled about the room to find out about free time activities, (3) reviewed word order rules, and (4) received a handout and completed activities A,B and C. Homework: complete the remaining activities in the word order packet with the exception of the last activity.
