Period 2 students:

• reviewed a list of basic adjectives,
• completed and checked a wordsearch on adjectives, and
• took a speaking test for chapter 6.

Period 3 students:

• completed and checked a wordsearch on Die Stadt,
• took a quiz on buildings and the present perfect tense, and
• completed a variety of activities with flashcards to practice vocabulary relating to Die Stadt.

Period 4B students:

• watched Les choristes, and
• started checking homework.

Homework: none. Students were informed that there would only be one exemption next quarter.

Period 2 students:

• reviewed using adjective endings with der-words, and
• did an oral activity to practice adjective endings in all cases.

Homework: complete activities 3 and 4 on the handout distributed in class today.

Period 3 students:

• checked homework,
• completed and checked three review activities on the present perfect, and
  
• learned places in the city.

Homework: study places in the city vocabulary and present perfect tense. Quiz on both tomorrow.

Period 4A students:

• took a test on pronouns,
• reviewed how to form and use the conversational past tense, and
• checked all of the classwork from March 7th and 11th except 339 vocabulary list and handout, workbook 164-5:6, and workbook 168-9:9.

Period 2 students took a test on chapter 6. Homework: complete any unfinished work from March 11th.

Period 3 students:

• checked yesterday's classwork,
• completed and checked workbook activity 8, page 167, and
• formulated and answered questions with regular verbs in the present perfect tense.

Homework: textbook page 339, activity 10, with translations of sentences. There will be a test on the conversational past tense on Friday.

Period 4B students:

• completed a test on unit 7, and
• started watching Les choristes.

Homework: read pages 380-389 and answer comprehension questions.

Period 2 students:

• quizzed each other on vocabulary for chapter 6,
• checked the review sheet to chapter 6, and
• learned about adjective endings.

Homework: no written homework. Students were reminded to bring all of their materials to class tomorrow (both workbooks).

Period 3 students:

• reviewed how to form and use the present perfect tense,
• checked classwork from 3/7, and
• practiced asking questions in the present perfect.

Homework: no written homework. Students were told that tomorrow's activities are in their workbook chapter 11.

Period 4B students:

• took a test on Leçon 28,
• read the lecture page 378-9,
• completed and checked the comprehension activity page 379,
• completed and checked a review sheet for unit 7,
• submitted the composition on the review sheet, and
• watched the vidéo-scènes for unit7.
