Period 2: Students (1) discussed why today was a special day, (2) completed writing activity in the little blue book, (3) practiced using indirect questions with Mr. Desmond, and (4) checked homework. Homework: WB 98:18 and 100:11.

Period 3: Students (1) checked homework, (2) orally completed 341:14 and 342:15, and (3) reviewed automatic responses. Homework: study for a quiz on pronouns and complete worksheets.

Period 4B: Students (1) checked homework, (2) completed workbook activity 80-G orally and written, (3) read 370-371 and responded to the questions, (4) learned interrogative and demonstrative pronouns pp.374-5, and (5) completed 374:1 and 376:2. Homework: study for lesson 27 quiz.

Period 2: Students (1) completed and checked a practice activity on demonstrative pronouns, (2) took a test on demonstrative pronouns, (3) finished checking classwork from Tuesday, 2/26, and (4) learned vocabulary and phrases relating to the Kaufhaus p.188. Homework: textbook activities 12 and 13, page 189.

Period 3: Students (1) reviewed cases, pronouns, and word order rules with object pronouns, and (2) completed seven activities on a worksheet for practice. Homework: 341:13 and 342:16 in the textbook.

Period4A: Students (1) completed a test on Kapitel 10, (2) learned about word order of objects, and (3) checked activities 13-16 pages 341-2. Homework: finish classwork from 2/26 and complete exercises in the handout distributed in class today.

Period 3: Students (1) checked translations of reading and p.345, activity 18, and (2) learned about the order of noun and pronoun objects. Homework: 345:17, copy, complete, and translate.

Period 4B: Student s(1) checked homework, (2) completed and checked activity 8 p.368 to practice superlatives, (3) read and noted new vocabulary to the vidéo-scène 27, (4) answered comprehension questions to #3, and (5) completed workbook activity 379-B. Homework: read page 348 in French 2 Years, and complete activities A, D, and E in chapter 24.

Period 3:

Period 4A:
Read pages 343-44. Translate the reading. Complete activities 17 and 18 on page 345. Read pages 340-45 and complete activities 13-16 pages 341-2. Hand in completed work. Homework: study for chapter 10 test. Unfinished work from today's class is due as homework on 3/3.

Period 4: Students (1) checked homework, (2) reviewed adjectives p.365m (3) learned about using adverbs in comparative expressions, (4) completed and checked activities D, E, and F in pages 79-80 of the workbook, (5) learned to distinguish between bon (adjective) and bien (adverb) and rapide (adjective) and vite (adverb), (6) learned how to form and use the superlative of adjectives, and (7) translated and checked ten superlative expressions. Homework: workbook to Discovering French 207-209:1-5.
