• checked homework,
• heard two German jokes, and
  
• completed and corrected workbook.

Homework: study for tomorrow's test on Kapitel 7.

Period 3 students took a test on Kapitel 11. For homework, students must complete the crossword puzzle on page 178 of their workbook (activity 19).

Period 4 students:

• took a test written and speaking test on Kapitel 11,
• worked on 178:19 in the workbook, and
• learned about forming the conversational past of strong and mixed verbs.

Homework: memorize the principal parts of the verbs pp.365-366.
